The MENU + RECIPES page in Notion is BLANK. The OS Audit v1.0 calls this "the highest-risk gap in the entire OS." No full recipe (ingredients + procedure) is published in the library yet.
Status below is from the Operating Framework's Knowledge Capture section. "Documented in Master Data" means a recipe exists in Godwin's source data but is not yet published to this library — treat it as not fully available until captured here. Do not fabricate any recipe.
