Staff Expectations
Staff Expectations
Minimum expectations for every GOD-WIN BBQ staff member on every service day.
- Arrival: Be ready to work at the assigned time — not arriving then preparing. If late, notify Godwin before the scheduled time.
- Personal hygiene and presentation: Hair secured or covered. Clean food-service clothing. Hands washed on arrival and after anything that breaks the clean-hand chain. No strong cologne or perfume near food prep.
- Station ownership: Know your station before service. Keep it stocked, cleaned, and ready. Address issues immediately.
- Recipe and procedure compliance: Follow documented recipes and procedures. Raise suggested changes with Godwin after service — never improvise without authorization.
- Customer interaction: Follow the customer service standards regardless of how busy it is.
- Communication: Report equipment problems, shortages, food quality concerns, and customer issues immediately to the shift lead or owner.
- End of service: Clean and close your station to standard. Do not leave until closing responsibilities are complete and confirmed.
- Phones: No personal phone use during active service except on designated breaks.
