Weekly metrics that are tracked elsewhere (BBQ Hub → Key Metrics): gross revenue, average ticket size, labor %, food cost %, brisket sold, rib slabs sold, catering leads, catering booked, Google reviews gained, repeat customers, biggest operational problem, biggest win. A written weekly-review procedure has not been captured. Ask Godwin and record it in Notion, then re-sync.
